When do I need to Order?

Please order by July 15. Orders received after July 15 are subject to availability.

I don’t live in Canada can I still order?

We will only ship to a Canadian address.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we will give full refunds up until July 15. After July 15th we will charge a restocking fee of 10% of your order.

Is Shipping extra?

We offer FREE SHIPPING on your order.

When will I receive my bulbs?

Gardeners & Landscapers and Decorate the Town orders will be shipped in time for for planting in your area in the fall (late September).

Corporate and Promotional orders we will contact and arrange shipping time, normally early September.

How will I receive my bulbs?

Our gift to you is FREE SHIPPING and you will receive your order via Canada Post.

Can I return my shipment?

Yes, we will accept returned orders until November 1 and you will only be charged a 10% restocking fee.

How do I plant the Bulbs?

All Package will come with complete planting instructions.
